Free Returns Policy

We hope that you're over-the-moon with your Splashy Tots swimsuit, but if you do need to make a return, we are happy to assist by providing you with a free return for an exchange, store credit or refund*.

Please read through the returns conditions and information below and then email us at bianca@splashytots.com.au to begin the returns process.

Returns conditions

• Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
  
• We can only accept items that are returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, in the original packaging with all tags and hygiene labels attached.
• Exchange options or store credit are offered for all eligible returns, however refunds can only be issued for returns deemed to be damaged due to a manufacturing fault or defect.
  
• There is no charge for Return shipping to us, but the shipping charge from your initial order is non-refundable.

Damaged or faulty items

• Please check over your item as soon as possible upon receipt before discarding the packaging and before removing any tags or hygiene labels.
• If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days at bianca@splashytots.com.au with a description and photo of the fault, so that we can organise the item to be returned to us for assessment.
• Once assessed, if the item is deemed damaged or defective due to a manufacturing fault, you will be entitled to a refund, exchange or store credit. We will contact you to find out how you'd like to proceed.
