Australia-wide deliveries (Domestic)

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and you will receive Tracking Information once it has been processed at their depot.
Standard Post: $10 flat rate or FREE ON ORDERS OVER $80. Please allow 2 to 6 business days*
Express Post: $15 flat rate. Please allow 1 to 3 business days*

Unfortunately we are not shipping outside of Australia at this stage.
BUT (there's always a but!), we are currently busy sourcing the best value shipping rates for international orders.
Make sure to sign up for our email list at the bottom of this page so that you're first to know when we start shipping to your country!

Orders placed before 12:30pm (AEDT/AEST), Monday through Friday (except for Public Holidays), will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed outside of this time frame will be shipped the next business day.
Splasy Tots is not responsible for organising re-delivery if your parcel is taken to the nearest post office for collection due to unsuccessful delivery (e.g. invalid address).
If the parcel is returned to us by Australia Post due to customer error (invalid address, non-collection), we can re-ship it to you at the correct address for a flat rate of $10 (Standard Post) or $15 (Express Post), payable via EFT prior to re-shipping.
